Missions
CCC students participate in a variety of mission/service projects throughout the year.  Locally, those projects vary and can include anything from serving meals at the homeless shelter and assisting the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity to organizing benefit yard sales and distributing coats and blankets to the homeless in Washington, D.C.

In addition to these local projects, CCC students also take an annual mission trip to another country.  For the past several years, the destination for that trip has been Honduras, where students have worked hard to bring God’s message to poverty-stricken children at two orphanages – Our Little Roses, a home for abused and abandoned girls, and Copprome, a home of last resort for Honduran children who need a safe haven.

In 2006, a group of students also traveled to New Orleans to aid in clean-up and rebuilding efforts on behalf of victims of Hurricane Katrina.

These mission trips not only change the lives of people in need here at home and abroad, they also transform students’ lives by enlarging their view of the world and giving them an opportunity to make a difference.

Students interested in participating should contact the CCC.  To sponsor a student planning to participate in the CCC’s annual mission trip to Honduras, please click Here.
